Job Description
The Graphics Designer interacts with business development, capture, proposal, and operational professionals to develop compelling themes/concepts, convey ideas and design proposal graphics.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of quality graphics for all proposal efforts within the Proposal Resource Organization (PRO) and Business Winning in support of the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector's bid pursuits in response to Government solicitations.
Works independently to develop proposal graphics from sketched concepts (paper or electronic), and/or verbal requests and ensures graphics are compliant, clear and compelling while adhering to all schedules from pre RFP to final submittal.
Supports other functions outside of Business Winning, such as Communications and Talent Acquisition, to develop brochures, ads, websites, videos and other marketing materials supporting the I&S Sector.
Develops all proposal graphics including but not limited to proposal outline, compliance matrix, proposal summary sheet, proposal templates, proposal kick-off meeting materials, color review in briefs and debriefs.
Reviews and creates proposal graphics developed by members of proposal teams providing guidance, recommendations, and editing sections as appropriate.
Reviews and analyzes graphics ensuring final proposal product is compliant and delivered on schedule with the proposal.
Builds a graphics repository for operations of graphics, logos and templates helping with growth and development within the PRO.

This position is headquartered in our McLean, VA office, but the candidate may work in any regional BAE Systems facility. Less than 50% remote work is an option.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years graphic designer experience
Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Advanced Creative Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Video/animation knowledge skills
Minimum 4 years as graphic designer
Active Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62260 - $105820

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
