Position Overview

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience (UX) and driving the success of our digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product development process, ensuring seamless interaction with Technology, Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

· Take full ownership of the user experience on the web and mobile platforms, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.

· Lead and oversee the development of digital products from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and UX specialists.

· Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital products into online sales channels, optimizing the customer journey and maximizing conversion rates.

· Interact with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and align product features with marketing strategies, ensuring effective product positioning and promotion.

· Complete market research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify market opportunities and inform product enhancements and new product development.

· Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of digital products.

· Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, iterate on product features, and continuously improve the user experience.

· Plan and conduct user testing sessions to validate product ideas, gather insights, and make data-backed improvements.

· Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to key stakeholders and executives, presenting insights and recommendations for future development.

· Promote our digital products internally and externally and providing training and support to sales and marketing teams.

Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities

1. This role will report to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, serve as a member of Technology Leadership Team and provide support to others as necessary.

2. Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.

3. Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of the company through regular contributions to the general management of the company.

4. Participate and provide leadership in inter-departmental meetings, projects and informal activities.

5. Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience and Skills

· 5+ years of proven experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on web and mobile platforms.

· Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, web development, and mobile app development.

· Experience collaborating with E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive business objectives.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Proficiency in data analysis and using data to make strategic decisions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.

Travel

1. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required, approximately <10%.
