Product Management:

Perform regular analysis of existing market and new market trends.

Monitor competitive trends and activities and oversee regional execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives.

Plan and lead activities, including pre-market evaluations, sample management and sales forecasting activities related to product launch.

Conduct interviews with KOLs and sales team members to assist in new product development.

Create product marketing strategy, including targeting and positioning for new products.

Design, develop and implement collateral marketing materials for the sales organization.

Ensure approval of all customers facing materials by AIU and AIJ.

Manage resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with your projects.

Ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout product pipelines.

Uncover unmet needs in the product portfolio and communicate them through management.

Customer Engagement and Understanding:

Build relationships with key customers and KOLs to gain insights on unmet needs and market trends.

Identify strategic events related to product awareness.

Lead tradeshow or events efforts, including logistical and promotional activities related for product demonstrations, physician interviews or other workshops.

Represent the ‘voice of the customer’ and drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide insights and decision-making.

Meet with customers and geographic partners to develop and execute customer and sales force strategies and tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand, define and drive key elements of marketing and launch plans including market research, supply forecasting, tracking R&D updates, and evidence generation and communication.

Provide expert support to global sales & marketing teams via sales training and help with the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.

Provide product and product campaign content for digital platforms including website and social media.

Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations regarding marketing initiatives.

Collaborate closely with relevant department or team members to collect or request product information, market trend, training, and more.

Join and present to global marketing and sales meetings, as needed.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

· You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of product management, marketing, sales, or technical role in the medical device field to be considered (or equivalent experience).

· Product launch and product management experience in the medical device or equivalent pharmaceutical space.

· Specific experience in Neuro Interventional Market a PLUS

Nice to Have:

Portfolio Marketing expertise

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is also desired.

Technical aptitude and/or clinical environment would be ideal.

Demonstrated performance working with a high performing sales force is very helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
