AHRI is seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our Public Affairs team. The candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take initiative and work independently. Typical tasks will include producing high-quality designs for corporate advertisements, signage, documents, presentations, social and website graphics, and design templates.Duties include but are not limited to:

Develop design concepts in keeping with AHRI brand guidelines
Create compelling, impactful digital and print material
Design stylized, editable PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
Maintain AHRI design library, including archives of photos, logos, and projects

Source and edit photos and videos
Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors as necessary
Monitor and implement modern design trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in graphic design
8+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word

Deep and practical understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Not required, but a plus:

Proven photography and videography skills
508 compliance expertise

Design portfolio is required with application.

AHRI offers a full benefits package with alternate workplace options and a friendly work environment. The salary hiring range for this position is $75,00-$100,000.
