Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer with a profound understanding of brand development, design principles, brand communications, and social media strategies.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for translating clients' visions into compelling visual stories that resonate with their target audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop brand strategies and visual identities.

Design and produce high-quality visual assets including logos, brand guidelines, digital ads, social media content, and marketing materials.

Develop comprehensive brand guides that articulate brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.

Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects and platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

Experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Designer in a creative agency or similar environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly brand development and social media campaigns.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Excellent understanding of brand strategy, design principles, typography, and color theory.

Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content creation.
